Delete your data or account
You can delete a single deck, or your whole TwoUs account and everything in it. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone.
Delete a single deck
- Open TwoUs (the Android app or twous.app) and sign in.
- Go to Your decks.
- Tap the delete (bin) icon on the deck and confirm.
The deck, including its cards, aura, poem, letter and any shared link, is removed straight away.
Delete your account and all data
In the Android app: go to Your decks, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.
On the web: open twous.app/delete-account, sign in with Google, and choose Delete My Account & All Data.
By email: write to support.twous@gmail.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We complete email requests within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- All your saved decks — cards, aura, statistics, poems, letters and toasts — and their shared links
- Your profile record, including your email address and deck history
- Your remaining deck credits
- Your sign-in record
What may be kept
- Usage events that can no longer be linked to you, kept in aggregate for up to 14 months.
- Records of purchases you made (bundle, order ID, price, date), kept for accounting and tax purposes and not used for anything else. Google Play also keeps its own record of your purchases under Google's privacy policy.
Uploaded chats are never stored, so there is nothing to delete for them.
